All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@emory1939.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or any other reason unrelated to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue with your order, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
